Welcome to my website - a collection of my favorite pictures. I love photographing cemeteries & headstones, old schools - churches - town halls - anything old or historic, lighthouses, nature - ok, everything! There’s nothing better than grabbing a DQ Extreme Blizzard or a Mocha Coffee Freeze, hopping in the car and driving around aimlessly all day (thank goodness for GPS to get me home again!) You’ll find pictures of my family throughout this site. On the pages with headstones I have included pictures of family members who are in my direct line and also pictures received from the wonderful people I’ve met on the internet. Many pictures on the following pages I found while I was out driving around - some hundreds of miles from my home. The majority of photo’s are from the surrounding counties which are Berrien, Van Buren, Allegan and Cass Counties, and Southwest Michigan, followed by the Indiana cities closest to me. I am unable to answer every inquiry so please try the internet or check the local libraries. If you are interested in finding any of these places please check out some my favorite websites on the LINKS page.
Some cemeteries and schools are on private property and without permission you should photograph them from the road.
